The C and M Group comprises of C and M Roofing & Cladding Ltd, C and M Architectural Glazing Ltd and C and M Facilities Management. We operate as an Industrial roofing, cladding and Architectural Glazing contractor carrying out new project developments, design and build contracts, property refurbishment, and general maintenance.

We are based in Cheshire with branches in Birmingham and London, our area of operation is throughout the UK.



C and M have excellent working relationships with accredited steelwork contractors and design/build contractors this means that we can offer a full envelope service to our clients with on-site management to monitor all activities within the contract programme.

C and M has the qualities and services needed to add value to a project with our technical expertise and industry experience underpinned by our financial stability. Additionally we can offer a 24 hour call out facility as part of our maintenance service and Facilities Management division.



C & M enjoys varying approved contractor status for most types of quality modern and traditional building envelope systems including:

• Creative solutions in aluminium and glass integrated with modular cladding systems.
• Composite panel, secret fix and standing seam for low pitched roof applications.
• Built up systems.
• Plus many varations of flat roof membranes, each one carefully chosen to provide a particular solution to a sites specific problem.

Design
Within our design department we offer a design and draughting service.

All our engineers are fully experienced to produce cost effective and innovative design solutions.
The latest AutoCAD software is used to provide a comprehensive and efficient service.

Our design team also provides a technical advisory service to ensure that specifiers and users receive prompt co-operation and assistance prior to, during and after completion of contracts.



On Site Management
C & M Roofing & Cladding Ltd has a clearly defined procedural system to manage inter-relations, authorities and responsibilities for all staff whose activities relate to quality, safety and production.

An audited and comprehensive staff management system is in place throughout our organisation. Our supervisory team is experienced in all aspects of specific manufacturers systems; this is regularly updated with in-house and external training to ensure quality is maintained in line with technical improvement.

Architectural Glazing
C & M Architectural Glazing specialises in both new build and refurbishment projects, offering a national service with our own in-house design and estimating departments.

C & M Architectural Glazing is an independent Glazing Sub-Contractor specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of high performance curtain walling, structural glazing, doors, windows and ground floor framing solutions.

Our expertise on large scale construction projects provides our customers with the resources they need to create the best possible façade solutions, utilising curtain wall products from Reynaers.

Facilities Management
C & M Facilities Management undertake all aspects of building maintenance: planned, cyclical and reactive. We have dedicated teams based at strategically located regional offices offering a range of maintenance services to local clients.
