JAR Architecture is a Chartered Architectural Technology practice providing architectural services, based in Conwy, North Wales. Jar Architecture is founded on strong principles, not only to produce desirable living and work spaces, but to deliver these spaces on budget and on time. Full Architectural Services
JAR Architecture offers a full range of architect services from inception of a project through to completion of the building works. We act for both private clients and commercial clients and can assist with the following: domestic extensions and alterations, loft conversions, renovations, conversions, new build, commercial projects, listed buildings consents, grant aided projects and dilapidations.

As part of our architectural services, where necessary, we will undertake the following:

• Initial feasibility and sketch schemes
• Initial design
• Detailed design
• 3D Models and computer visuals
• Planning and Building Regulation applications, prepared and issued to the local authority
• General Permitted Development Order
• Liaising with building contractors and obtaining budget build costs
• Preparing construction drawings and specification/schedule of works for tender purposes
• Obtaining detailed quotes followed by tender analysis, and advise on appointing a contractor
• DM Coordination
• Preparation and administration of the building contract on behalf of the client through to completion of the works on site
• Professional consultants’ certificates prepared and issued for mortgage purposes.
