NSP Coatings Ltd, based just off the M25 in Kent, provide powder coating, shot blasting, wet spray and hot zinc spray services to industries across the South East.

NSP Coatings Ltd is a growing company, having recently expanded its operation through the acquisition of a new industrial unit dedicated to wet spray services and hot zinc spray, as well as investing in a new compressor as part of our ongoing program of capital investment ( pictured right). As such, we are now able to offer greater capacity and a more efficient and economical service to both our existing and new customers.

Powder Coating
NSP Coatings Ltd operate both track- and box-oven facilities, offering a range of coatings, including polyester, epoxy polyester and specialist coatings for industries across the South East of England. Read on to discover the scope of NSP's powder coating services. Our powder-coating capacity is 8m lengths and up to 1.5 tonnes.

Wet Spraying
NSP Coatings Ltd offer a range of wet spray coatings for items up to 2.5 tonnes and 13m in length.

Hot Zinc Spraying
NSP Coatings Ltd offer hot zinc spraying of steel and aluminium components, both 'as sprayed' and as a primer for powder coating.

28E ARCTEC Non-Slip Coating
New durable Non-slip Coating.

Applied through our Arc spray system, 28E ARCTEC is a new non-slip coating, ideal for use on steel floors, decks, stairs and panels across diverse industries, from train steps to oil platforms.

Grit Blasting
NSP Coatings Ltd offer steel grit (G17 grade) shot blasting for items up to 8.5m x 4m x 4m to Sa 2.5 standard for the removal of paint, rust & scale on mild steel and iron components. We also undertake light blasting for aluminium coatings, including castings and stainless steel, prior to painting. Our shot blast facilities are also available to local metal finishers for sub-contract work.

Paint Thickness Testing
Coating thickness gauges are used for the measurement of coatings on all metal surfaces, whether for Powder coating or Painted finishes.

Metal Finishing
NSP Coatings Ltd have experience with a wide range of metal finishes.

Metal Cleaning Services
NSP Coatings Ltd carry out de-greasing and shot blasting for both coating and stand alone jobs.
