I can recommend James and Andy of Plumb Doctor they worked well together to supply and fit our bath panels and Shower screen plus did a repair on our old bath that had a crack in it to save us buying a new bath ?? very professional and explained everything to me along the way ??well happy ??

I called this firm when my boiler had been out of action for a few days. He quickly came and repaired it. He was efficient, reasonably priced, and very professional. He showed me what had gone wrong and why. I booked him for a toilet repair where he again explained the reason for the problem and the solution. He is now booked in to replace a water filter mixer tap. We are highly delighted with his work.He is a pleasant person to have in your home. Having strangers, all be it tradesmen, can be unnerving, especially for people living alone

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME! Doesnt answer his phone, does not show up when arranged, doesnt reply to texts, misdiagnosed the fault! When he did eventually reply he blamed it on having hayfever!! Very unprofessional!

DO NOT USE

Unsafe untrustworthy doesn’t show up on time and when he does I genuinely don’t think he knows what he’s talking about.
Saw him recommended on Facebook he was quick to message me said he would come didn’t had to contact again finally came. Gave me several different reasons, repaired it left within 40 mins issue was back messaged him and he never replied again.

Got someone else out didn’t have any bother and they mentioned that they had had to fix his jobs in the past

Do not recommend read the reviews peeps wish I had

Unreliable and a bit odd took forever to actually turn up then was chatting about his personal life a bit too much felt awkward still didn’t fix the problem said he had another call and had to go would come back and never did

Do not use this guy unsafe unreliable and full of it.
Turned up at first told us what needed doing then didn’t come back when he was supposed to had to chase him constantly when he did finally come back he said it was something completely different, he carried out the work and left. Really rude sounded like he was chatting up women through the day on his phone completely unprofessional. Left the house in a mess we were a bit worried so phoned transco who came out and said the work was unsafe. Would not recommend at all.

DO NOT USE: So he came as quick as anything to my initial request and cut a pipe through to drain and bypassed my boiler on Sunday and booked to come back Friday morning to do the job (I was away until Wednesday night)... appeared for 2 mins claiming an emergency elsewhere but would be back later. Didn’t come back, messaged to say Monday morning definite..... Still no show...said would be round 4-5pm....I cancelled my work travel plans and resigned myself to getting up at 3am to travel....James messaged at 5:15pm asking to rearrange yet again as he had lost his van keys! Called him to find out if he was jerking me around....pretended to shout out to someone to see if keys had been found (no response heard) and said he’d call me back. Last I heard!!! It is now 00:17am and I still have an emergency plumber here trying to do the job that James shirked off with no end in sight and my alarm is set for 3am. No heating or hot water for over a week now!
