Rowley Building & Roofing Contractors

We had a leak on our house roof and had to call out an emergency roofer to fix it. He replaced a tile but informed us that the felt under the tiles needed replacing. We called Dave Rowley and he came out and gave us a quote. He agreed that he could take of 2 rows of tiles and replace the felt and also refit our ridge tiles and replace some tiles on our garage roof. On the day he came he refitted the ridge tiles and replaced tiles on the garage roof. He then told me he didnt want to replace the felt on the roof. I told him this is what he had quoted for and that we wanted it done. He climbed on the roof, removed 1 tile and shoved a bit of felt in the hole. After our emergency repair the roof was no longer leaking. After Mr Rowley had been up thee the roof is now leaking again. I have tried to contact him on numerous occasions to come and fix the leak, by telephone and email. He is not answering phone calls from either my wife or myself and has not returned my email. I only gave him 1 star because it is not possible to award any lower scores. DO NOT USE HIM. Find someone who will do what they say and answers the phone when called
