Marcus was an absolute star for me.
My daughter, who lives in Chester, had lost her bike keys at 8.30 at night.
She was tired, scared and alone.
I live in Birmingham so I was quite helpless. I called Simply Locks and spoke to Marcus.
I explained the situation to him and he went straight to her. He unlocked the bike and my daughter was able to get home.
He was so helpful to me and my daughter.
He charged us about half of what other locksmiths in the area wanted to charge
There are some good guys still out there and Marcus is one of them.
