Snob & Lock

Very poor quality workmanship on replacing shoe soles, gaps, not glued completely. Went back was told it was a repair so dont expect too much!!! Wasnt cheap either, would never use again, will stick with Timpsons

Lack of care and attention. - Took two pairs of decent shoes to be repaired told the guy that I wanted everything repaired on them. Went to collect the shoes and was disappointed to find that they where not polished, leather not glued down and still required additional work to be done. The old guy didnt care and had no pride in his work.
