Here at The Shutter Studio, our bespoke plantation shutters and made to measure blind services throughout the South East, can transform your house into a home. With over ten years expertise and professional advice in the supply and fit of high quality wooden shutters, made to measure blinds and innovative motorised blinds.

The Shutter Studio is a family run business that has specialised in the supply and fit of high quality plantation shutters, in the South East for over 13 years. With over 8000 successful interior shutters installed since 2011, we have gained a reputation as the London shutter experts.
UK Made Shutters
We have expanded our manufacturing to supply our own range of UK Made wooden shutters, right from our Kent warehouse. Designed and made in our beautiful Basswood, delivered and installed in less than 6 weeks. Visit our website to find out more about the range.
Shutter Styles:
Pop and visit our flagship Croydon shutter showroom based in Shirley or our newest Kent showroom in Polhill Garden Centre. The Shutter Studio offers free consultations and quotations. To arrange yours you can either visit one of our showrooms or call or email us.
Our team surveys in South London, Kent and Surrey areas but have now expanded our areas to West London and Berkshire. We do also cover all areas of the south-east so if you live outside of any of these towns please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Bespoke Plantation Shutters
Our shutters come in a variety of different shutter materials, from a quality wooden shutter to our entry-level Pine shutters, we have a shutter range to suit all windows, including bay windows & shaped windows.
Our bespoke plantation shutters can even be fitted to bi-folding patio doors, through using track system shutters which can either bifold or slide to which ever configuration suits your requirements.
Made To Measure Blinds
Here at The Shutter Studio we are proud to offer a wider variety of made to measure blinds that are designed and custom made to fit and suit the needs of your home. From manual blinds to our innovative range of motorised smart blinds we can cater for all domestic and commercial properties.
Our Blinds Range:
All of our blinds come with a one-year warranty, this covers the blind manufacture and installation. Our Motorised blinds has various lengths on warranties dependant on the type of motorised blind you decide on.
Awnings:
Patio awnings from The Shutter Studio are a fantastic addition to any outdoor living space. They provide shade and protection from the elements, allowing you to enjoy your patio even during the hottest or rainiest days. Retractable awnings come in various styles and designs, from retractable to fixed.
Fly Screens:
Our latest addition to our shade range are insect screens. Create a comfortable and bug-free home this spring and summer with the introduction of fly screens. Gain protection from sun glare and insects whilst embracing the summer breeze with a range of manual or motorised screens that sit perfectly to your door and window areas.

Shutter Styles:
- Full Height
Full-height shutters are designed to dress your window fully from top to bottom. Available in all ranges to suit all budgets. Offering maximum control of your privacy and light. - Café
Also known as half height. Cafe-style shutters allow you to choose how much of the window you want the shutters to cover may it be just half of the window or three quarters up from the bottom. - Tier on Tier
A very popular option for sash windows, tier-on-tier shutters are split horizontally into two sections, the panels at the top are able to open independently to the bottom. - Bifold
A neat and sleek style of shutter for those who want to be able to open and close the shutters in a tidy way. A popular option for wide flat areas of windows, or doors, such as patio areas. - Shaped Shutters
The beauty of bespoke wooden shutters is that they can be made to any shape or size. Whether it be circular or triangular, we can find you a shutter solution to dress that shaped window. - Solid Panel
A popular shutter style that goes back centuries. As the name suggests, this style of shutter is entirely solid wood panels. This classic style offers complete privacy and blocks out light when closed. - Shutter Doors
This is a great way to dress patio doors. Bifold shutter doors are installed on a track system enabling a smoother operation of large shutter panels covering doors or floor to ceiling windows. - Repair Service

Excellent service. I had 3 blinds added and thought it might be a tricky job but the guy came in and must have been completed in just over an hour. not even time for a coffee. But from start to finish, this has been a seamless and stress free service and the finished product looks amazing. I've always wanted blinds so I could get rid of my aged curtains, and they just add a touch of class to the flat. And then! I was given a little gift box which really had little gifts in it which I thought was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this team. great product. great service.

We were thinking about having shutters done A friend highly recommended shutter studio we went to the showroom in Shirley and we were greeted by a lovely lady names Lynn.and director named Anto and Matt we were very impressed with the honesty/easy manner and booked an appointment for a quote .Brandon /Reberto came to measure up andColin, Alex,Jason and John were the fitters . The whole team were very courteous and Professional at all times and their workmanship is completely up to a very high standard.
