Established in 1989, Total Clean Solutions are a British-based specialist industrial and commercial cleaning company which undertakes both new work and annual/monthly service agreements throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. Our clients include many local authorities, schools, housing associations, private and commercial facilities management companies.

Total Clean Solutions also offer maintenance contracts to all our clients based on their particular individual requirements. This may involve regular cleaning or a guaranteed response time for a fixed number of site visits per year.

Bicarbonate Soda Cleaning/Blasting

Total Clean Solutions operate a soda blasting coatings removal system. This system gently removes all anti-foul down to the gel coat. Unlike scraping, a long, laborious job which is never 100% and has the potential to damage the important gel coat, Soda Blasting is gentle, efficient, cost effective and environmentally friendly. It will leave a smooth and slightly matt surface, which is perfect for the application of the new anti-foul coating. An additional benefit is that any small osmosis blisters can be removed at the same time and the sockets scoured out.
