REGULAR PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventative maintenance is a schedule of planned maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of preventive maintenance is to prevent the failure of equipment before it actually occurs. This helps improve system reliability and decrease potentially expensive downtime as well as keeping equipment safe for the users.

After each visit our fully trained Service Engineers, provide a report and if required, a quotation for any further works needed to ensure the equipment is working efficiently and safely. For budgetary purposes, quotations to rectify any defects are forwarded to our clients for appraisal prior to further work being carried out.

TESTING
Uni-Safe Access have vast experience of all types of permanent access systems. Our highly trained operatives will survey, test and certify your BMU or gantry system to BS 6037/2, ensuring the system functions safely and meets Health & Safety requirements. We provide written reports, certificates and advice. We also test and tag PPE (safety equipment such as harnesses, lanyards etc).

REPAIRS
We have access to a full range of spare parts for all types of equipment such as access cradles, gantries and fall restraint systems, and will be able to provide a prompt competitive quotation with the help of our experienced staff.

CLEANING AND GLAZING REPAIRS
Through our sister company Uni-Safe UK, we are now able to offer industrial atrium and gutter cleaning, along with glazing repairs. Using our high level access expertise we aim to give our clients piece of mind along with a quality service.

INSTALLATION
We are approved installers of Spanset's Safe-Line Systems, and Kee Safety Edge protection.

In addition to standard permanent access solutions, we offer turn-key projects from bespoke design through to manufacture and commissioning of rolling gantries and cradle systems.

Our engineers are also qualified to install safety eyebolts and Safe-wire systems.

REFURBISHMENT
At Uni-Safe Access, we understand the financial constraints can be placed upon maintenance budgets, with that in mind we provide a Refurbishment Service as an alternative to replacement.

Most access equipment does have a design life; but in some cases this can be extended by refurbishment rather than complete replacement which can provide a considerable cost saving. We have the expertise to refurbish equipment to comply with current legislation to avoid the cost of installing new equipment.

BREAKDOWN
We also offer a 24hr call out service should your equipment require urgent attention, same day in the case of entrapment. Otherwise for more general breakdowns we will attend to suit you.
