Fabri-coat Limited specialise in mild steel fabrication and powder coating. Our aim is to provide a quality product and service from start to finish all with a competitive price in mind. To achive this we provide many of our services in-house giving us flexibility and control over the services we offer.

Fabricoat is located just off the A11 in Besthorpe, Attlebourgh, situated between Norwich and Thetford, Norfolk.

Sheet Metal
Fabri-coat Ltd specialise in mild steel sheet metal products with a powder coated finish. Offering prototyping, small, medium and large production runs, we work with sheet metal ranging from 0.6mm to 6mm thick up to 2500mm in length. We have a wide range of tooling allowing us to work on a range of sheet metal fabrications including panels, brackets, boxes and enclosures to name a few. MIG TIG and spot welding is available. Fabricoat also offer general sheet metal services in other materials including aluminium and stainless steel.


Fabrication
Fabri-coat Limited fabricate a variety of products from mild steel and stainless steel using a range of materials inculding angle, bar, sheet, tube and weldmesh to name a few. Fabricoat have the facility for cutting, drilling, tapping, welding and grinding allowing most fabrication work to be undertaken from a single bracket to complete fabrication projects. MIG, TIG and spot welding is available and a range of finishes including Powder Coating, Electroplating, Galvanising, Polishing and Dull Polishing.


Powder Coating
Fabri-coat Limited provides in-house Powder Coating with a range of colours and finishes available. Fabricoat apply the powder using the latest powder gun technology to ensure an even coat of powder and a high quality finish. With a booth and curing oven capable of handling parts upto 3 meters we can powder one off fabrications up to larger volume production runs. All finished products are packed with suitable protection using a range of packing materials.
