The Drain Doctor franchise in Gloucestershire is owned and run by Carl Butterfield, ably supported by his highly experienced team of technicians, office manager, Ruth, and admin assistant, Rachel, who somehow manages to keep them all in order!!

We are very experienced in carrying out pipe and sewer line inspections, unblocking and repairing drains, electronic drain tracing as well as offering ongoing drain and sewer preventative maintenance plans. We offer a full range of CCTV options from simple look/see to detailed pre and post build WinCan reports suitable for submission to the water authorities.

We install and maintain septic tanks and private sewage treatment plants, and are local agents for tricel and mantair.

We also carry out a wide variety of domestic plumbing emergency works on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. These can range from burst or leaking pipes to dripping taps and toilets that are blocked or won't flush.

Drain Doctor Gloucestershire also install and repair Saniflos and macerators, as well as pumps and grease traps.

Our fully trained technicians carry a wide variety of spare parts on their vans and are, therefore, able to carry out a diagnosis and repair on the same visit.

We can even carry out a free plumbing survey for you whilst we are on site.

Tom came out to send a cctv camera down the sewers of a terrace of three. He was really excellent, informative, explaining everything that we saw and suggesting remedial action for all options. It was a really good 1 1/2 hours.

Needed the service of a drain specialist, so an internet search brought up Drain Doctor. From the first phone call to the office and the technician Andrew who cleaned a blocked drain. I would recommend anyone to use this company. Good all round service.

After phoning a few drain companies and given massive quotes to check the waste pipes I called Drain Doctor. I explained what I needed and I chap on the phone couldn't have been more helpful! I was given a quote at a fraction of the price of the others so I booked them in! Tom arrived on time and very helpful. Tom was absolutely great, really helpful knowledgeable and honest! He went above and beyond, a great asset to the company! The only regret is that I didn't call these guys sooner! Will definitely use them again! Thanks Tom!!!??????
