AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
My husband applied for a telehandler course. At the time of the booking even if we asked what was going to happen in case of failure no one mention that they would charge almost HALF of the price of the entire course just to re-attend the exam.
(Cost of the course roughly 1330£)
Nothing wrong with having to pay again, but we wouldve loved to have this information before applying, especially because they charge you EVERY TIME you attend the test, so its an endless payment in case of multiple failure.
He attended the course with 2 people. 2 out of 3 failed the theory exam (lets say two just because we dont know if the third person passed it or not), my husband answered correctly 108 questions out of 110, but since he didnt complete the diagram correctly whatever he answered correctly had no value.
Since he failed the theory he gets told that he has no access to the practical exam therefore he has to pay again for it.
So the practical hasnt been postponed, its just been considered as failed.
The training provider took forever to give us answers and apparently initially they didnt even want to provide extra training included in the roughly 630£ they asked us to pay to re attend the exams.
They eventually were "so kind" to offer a quick revision of the questions before attending the exam again after multiple emails, but at this stage we just went somewhere else, attended and passed straight away.
I just think with them youre meant to fail and if you have a look at the reviews we are not the only ones who noticed it.

Everything has been done professionally. Aarron and Anthony explained very well the theory and in practice they made sure that I understood how to drive, load, unload they gave me all the knowledge.
Wayne the examiner did absolutely excellent.

Recently passed my A60 mobile crane licence with m.i construction. I had never operated a crane until this point. Gareth was my trainer and was very informative and professional with a huge amount of experience. The training plan was very thorough and enjoyable. All the staff have good knowledge of the equipment. I would highly recomend m.i construction to anyone looking to work on plant equipment
