A dedicated structural and civil engineering practice with a desire to excel in the design of the structural frame utilising offsite methods and materials to exceed a client’s requirements, including our desire to produce efficient structural and commercial solutions, that fully consider environmental benefits. Incorporating requirements to comply with BIM and therefore collaboration across the design team, through to the client’s delivery partners when appointed.

Established in 2008 by Marian Kubisz the business started with an ethical desire to excel in everything it undertakes, including the innovative solutions offered and its excellent customer service.

Truly tailored set of services
Structural Insulate Panels(SIP panels) have gained rapid acceptance in the UK construction industry and are now considered a mainstream building system recognised by major building warranty providers.

Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are prefabricated, high performance, lightweight, building panels that can be used in floors, walls and roofs for residential and commercial buildings. Sip panels are composite panels consisting of a highly insulated core pressure bonded to two sheaths of structural boards typically Orientated Strand Board (OSB). A strong, structural bond between the three layers is essential to the load bearing ability of the SIP so that high loads can be transmitted by the relatively light units reducing the use of internal studding. SIP walls can bear considerable vertical and horizontal loads.

Structural Detailing
Adept Co are far more than a simple structural engineering practice, with the vast experience gained over the years, we can expand the design and detailing offer, encompassing civils design, through structural and even detailing the project materials for manufacture, even offering to provide CSV files where required, thus ensuring a seamless solution from the engineer’s software to the manufactured product.
