About NGM Surveys
NGM Surveys LLP is an established Chartered Land Surveying practice, offering professional surveying services at competitive prices to all in the land, and property industries.
The three partners are experienced in both land and measured building surveys, and their wealth of experience is reflected in the wide range of services that are available.
Land Surveys
A Topographical Survey can be of any size, and includes trees, fences, natural features, pathways, manhole covers and additional details depending on your requirements.
We can pick up additional information with regard to trees and drainage runs including all underground services. If you have a boundary issue we can visit your site and survey the building footprints and the boundary and then we can see how it compares to your title deeds and the Ordnance Survey (OS) mapping. On large sites we often use GPS to fit the site to the OS grid in both plan and level.
Measured Building Surveys
For a full measured building survey we normally start with floor plans followed by elevations and complete with sections. However you may only require some of these elements or you may wish additional information such as internal services or a reflected ceiling plan to be included.
Property Services
Area reports are often required after we have provided a full measured building survey of a property. They are used generally to establish the Net Internal Area (NIA) or to comply with Land Registry regulations. We then provide plans/documents to register leases. Or perhaps you need lease plans and licence plans for your premises.

This list is by no means complete but shows that we are a practice that are capable of providing our clients with a wide range of surveying related services in either 2D or 3D, and that we strive to keep up with the changes in technology such as laser scanners.
