Pre-owned modular buildings are considered extremely environmentally friendly by the Government as with minimal alteration, they only use between 3% and 10% of the energy required to manufacture an equivalent new building. This is because the embodied energy with the individual modules is transportable.

We are always looking to purchase and safely remove any surplus modular buildings in full compliance with the 2015 CDM Regulations.
We offer a free modular building assessment and site survey and will submit a fixed purchase offer and guaranteed removal period.

We purchased a pre-owned, fully refurbished modular building which we had fitted out as two classrooms. The exterior is clad in cedar wood which enhances the look of the building way beyond its cost!
From our initial contact with the company, meeting the sales team through to placing an order we enjoyed a smooth and professional service. PBS helped us design the building and advised us on a number of aspects of internal fittings and finishes. The delivery and installation process was smooth and very efficient, the commissioning team were polite, helpful and friendly. The finished product has been admired by many of our parents and the staff and children love working in the modular classrooms. Overall we had a very positive experience with PBS who are a very professional organisation.

During December we had our third Clearview modular building delivered. This was somewhat of a challenge, as the 2 components had to be craned right over the main building, to be installed on the rear playground.
The road had to be closed, and so the operation needed to be completed on a Sunday.
This being our third purchase from Portable Building Sales, we have built up a great working relationship with them. The process was as smooth and stress free as possible, when you take in to account the implications of the installation, but true to form Callum and the team had everything in place - from the day we placed the order until the Monday lunchtime they left the site, with the classroom installed.
As I said this is our third purchase and I have no hesitation in fully recommending this company. The quality of the mobiles are second to none, and the support and back up service, again, is outstanding.
