As RICS registered chartered surveyors, we offer all of these services, with solutions to suit most budgets.

Homebuyer reports
Recommended for newer properties, a homebuyer report gives you insight into the condition of the property, background information on the location and property itself, and an estimate on the cost of future repairs.

We recommend homebuyer reports on newer properties that have a lesser chance of having serious structural issues. Think of the report as an overall assessment, more comprehensive than a mortgage valuation, but not as detailed as a full building survey.

Building surveys
An extremely detailed report, which examines everything from the condition of the roof down to the foundations of the property, identifying any problems and determining the cost of repairs.

A modern property with no obvious signs of dilapidation would probably not require a survey but an aged property - especially one upon which work is required - will necessitate a comprehensive building survey to identify all areas of concern.

Condition reports
An inspection of your property, which gives a clear, concise report to keep you up to date on the condition of your property, its problems, any risks and any legal considerations that need to be made.

Less comprehensive than a structural survey, a condition report nevertheless gives you a detailed analysis of every aspect of the property that is visible and easily accessed, identifying any issues and areas for improvement.

Valuations
Less detailed than a building survey, for instance, a property valuation gives you a clear idea of the market value of your property.

Rather than providing a detailed analysis of the integrity of a property, a valuation lets you know exactly where it stands in the market, giving you an accurate estimation of its current value.

Land valuations
The outside of your property is as important as the inside. We pass a critical eye over the land and give you an accurate idea of its market value.
