We are a family owned company based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Our aim is to ensure that all of our customers needs are fully met by offering the complete turned parts facility.

Our team is focused on providing an efficient and cost effective quality service. Davturn's continued investment policy ensures we run the latest sliding head CNC machines up to 32mm capacity, and fixed head machines upto 42mm Diameter.
Our continued investment policies ensures we have the most modern CNC machining facility. We can provide small to medium size batch runs of quality turned parts and precision components on time and at the right price. We also provide one off prototype components, when required.
Davturn is a ISO 9001:2008 registered company, we also operate PSL Data Track system to ensure quality components with full traceability, supplied on time to your order or schedule

Davturn specialise in the production of turned parts from 2mm to 42mm diametre in various ferrous and non-ferrous materials including stainless steels in most grades
We produce quality parts in batches of hundreds to many thousands for many different market sectors including:
Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Automotive, Electrical, Door closure, Control cables, Fasteners, Leisure and Construction.
We can also sub contract operations such as grinding, heat treatment and various surface finishes at your request.
Our parts, are cleaned, using the latest technology with a Mec-wash cleaning facility and then packed and dispatched to your requirements.
Capacity
Miyano Innovation BNA-42DHY
Featuring 2 spindles and 2 turrets, the main turret with Y axis function, the BNA-42DHY enables rapid processing of complex workpieces.
Simultaneous machining flexibility between the main and sub spindles allow overlapped operations significantly reducing machining time and eliminating idle time.
Star SR-32J
The SR-32J sliding head, 7-axis CNC lathe was specially designed to enable the manufacture of medium/complex sub 32mm components. Its fully independent sub spindle, which is complete with C axis assists, in creating greater overlapping opportunities which help reduce cycle times.
Star SR-20J
The SR-20J is the successor of the proven SR-20RII offering higher performance and additional machining possibilities. Combined with a new design and improved ergonomics, this sliding head lathe delivers an excellent price/performance ratio.
Star SB-16D
The powerful SB-16D reduces production costs and dramatically decreases machining time with its back-end tool post design. High rigidity is guaranteed; ultimately improving the cutting conditions on all materials, while its high speed rapid feed (35m/min) reduces idle time.
Star SB-16C
Optimum performance capability at the most cost-effective price. This economy model with five-axis capability offers up to three live tools, five/six turning tools and four end/back working spindles, while working at a high speed rapid feed rate (35m/min).
