Site Investigations & Surveys
We are able to offer a fully comprehensive, bespoke site investigation / survey package, tailored to the individual requirements of a specific project.

Capturing essential information via various methods of investigation in the early stages of a contract, enables us to provide a value engineered design within the parameters of the site. We view this exercise as being an integral part of the design process, enabling our engineers to provide a warranted design for each necessary area of the project.

This in turn enables us to provide an exhaustive tender package, which gives the client the confidence of knowing they receive a fixed price, with no unforseen circumstances being uncovered during the construction process.

Plant & Transport
G.F. Grigg maintains an extensive fleet of modern plant and transportation to service our construction projects.

Our plant ranges from small specialist items for more intricate projects, where access may be restricted, to large plant capable of bulk excavating. Coupled with our diverse fleet of HGVs, this provides us with the flexibility to mobilise plant and machinery promptly, anywhere in the UK.

We operate various items of plant, for the recycling of onsite materials, during our construction process. These include excavator mounted, crushing buckets and screening equipment, which have helped us to reduce the amount of quarry products bought in and the quantity of materials disposed off site. With the corresponding reduction in vehicle movements, we are actively reducing our carbon footprint.

Communications
G.F. Grigg have been directly involved in all aspects of mobicell deployments and decommissions for many years including site access surveys, earthing and lightning protection, site preparation, transport, site management, site reinstatement, storage and maintenance (both onsite routine maintenance and full trailer services).

We have been working together with O2 (Regional & Special Event), MMO2 (Airwave), 3, T-Mobile and Orange at a wide range of events including Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Glastonbury, Live8, G8 conference (Gleneagles), F1 – Silverstone / World Superbikes, Goodwood, Political Party Conferences and Boscastle (Emergency deployment).
