Our professional tradespeople are accredited in their professions. We can coordinate the different trades
to ensure your project is carried out professionally and at your convenience.

We also offer a complete maintenance service for all services, including diagnostics of electrical and heating
systems, safety inspection, certification and a breakdown repair service.

Contracts
A builder’s obligation doesn’t stop when the job does. Any new build project can be subject to a settling period.
Plaster can crack as it dries out, foundations can sink.

Any contractor worthy of your work will provide you with a guarantee of the work they have completed, but
please be aware that some faults that occur may be outside of this guarantee.
