About Harpur
A Civil engineering company, C.J Harpur was established in 1985 by con Harpur and Irene Harpur, with a small office in Ellesmere Port.
Since its foundation C.J.Harpur has seen continuous, steady growth. In March 2002 C.J Harpur decided to make it a family business and changed their name to C.J. Harpur & Sons Civil Engineering Ltd.
Harpurs have their own fleet of plant and vehicles including excavators, dumpers and rollers ETC, commercial work has been carried out for, among other Eric Wright Construction, Cruden Construction, Interserve and Kier.
Who Are We?
C J Harpur specialise in all aspects of groundwork, foundations, roads, sewers and external works. Sites predominantly covering Midlands, Lancashire, North Wales, Merseyside and Cheshire.
Outgoing their premises in 2007 they have just bought a piece of land and built their new offices. CJH are a progressive, forward looking company who seek to employ modern construction techniques wherever possible. We are also committed to minimising the impact our activities have upon environmental and seek to use recycled or products with a low ODP wherever possible.
