DONT USE! This company doesnt deserve 1 star! We had the roof repaired 18 months ago (the cost was £1000) and now the water is coming through on the exact same spot ruining the new plaster. We called the company to come and have a look but, apparently, they dont respect the "warranty" advertised on their website. So theyre refusing to come to fix the problem! Very unprofessional company. Dont use!

Do not use!Our roof was repaired last year to fix some internal leaks.We were happy with how prompt and efficient the work was carried out.However, the water continued to leak through the ceiling/ walls, and when I called up to ask that someone come round to assess the issue further, I was told that the work wasn’t guaranteed and they couldn’t do anything about it.We had a company look into the work and carry out an investigation, and it’s clear that all of the render and flashing had failed and hadn’t been done properly.Lords Roofing still refused to correct the issue, with no care to service

I asked Lords for diagnosis of what was causing a damp problem in my house, and was told it was definitely caused by holes in our chimney. On their recommendation therefore we had our chimney removed by them at a cost of just under £500. This however had no effect on the damp problem whatsoever, as it was not in fact the problem. In other words I had, on their recommendation paid for an expensive job which did not need doing. After spending several weeks avoiding my calls, claiming they would come round to look at the job and not doing so etc. they finally admitted they were not going to do anything about it or compensate me in any way. Shoddy, misleading, and about to be reported to Trading Standards.
