I gave this one star as zero and negative numbers werent available. I needed a survey after Mr. Smith completed my roof to support a prosecution. 2 skilled checkatrade roofers told me his work was appalling. One told me of a similar job he had done for which he had been successfully prosecuted Watch out if you live in Essex. He is believed to have moved there and may start trading again.
