How it all works
We manage your entire project from start to finish ensuring that your designs, and ideas are completed to the highest possible standards, within your budget.

• Initial Meeting
The initial site visit, by Chris or one of our project managers, is our opportunity to meet you and discuss your requirements carefully, so that from the start we can clearly understand your needs. This initial site visit will also incorporate a site survey.


• Quotes
Once we have met with you and discussed your design requirements, including our initial survey, we will prepare and forward your fixed price quote.


• Follow Up
After you have received our quote, Chris and the team, will contact you to ensure that you are satisfied that all necessary works have been included and meet your expectations.


• Works Start Date
We will call you a few days in advance to confirm the starting date. As Newlands Construction are members of a protected payment system, Bondpay, we will require a deposit on signing of contracts, - this will cover initial costs for skip, basic materials, scaffolding. Normally the first job for us is to clear the site.


• Progression Of Works
Our project managers will be visiting the site frequently, checking the progress, discussing any arising questions, issues with you - making sure we follow your vision exactly as you specified it. Stage payments will be collected on a weekly basis, based on the progress of your contract.


• Finishing
As we get near to the completion, any snagging will be carried out. Once finished and you are happy with the result, final payment will be collected.


• Feedback
Our only aim is to have happy satisfied clients - if there's something that we could improve on we would kindly ask you for your feedback. We know that good references are essential for our business growth.
