Unprofessional and unreliable plumber,did charge me for investigating a problem with my water booster pump,but couldn’t find the problem at all .
Kept saying that everything is installed wrong and still it was working faultlessly for nearly 9
years.No solution of the problem or idea what causing it.Then installed a part ,absolutely needless,which made my hot water cylinder nearly explode and my family stressed as when they run the hot water there was loud banging from the cylinder and part of it moving.
Told me loud and clear that he can’t identify and fix the problem and give up and he is ready to go,but I still own him money for coming and investigating ,which led to nothing.
Then advised me to watch YouTube to look there for solutions for my problem.
Very very unprofessional advice from someone who called himself a plumber with that many years of experience!!!!
Would not recommend.
