• In-Situ Injected Polyurethane Insulation System
  Our in-situ polyurethane injection system has been developed over many years of research to be a market leader ensuring consistent, high quality insulation. The injection system applies a continuous unbroken layer of insulation resulting in far fewer weak points created at joints and seams compared to more traditional types of sectional insulation.


• Pipe and Vessel Thermal Insulation
  We offer a wide varierty of thermal insulation methods for pipes & vessels. These methods include PIR, PUR, Phenolic, Rockwool/Stonewool and Armaflex sections. Each of these methods can have finishes; some of the most popular finishes are PIB, Aluminium, Stainless Steel or Venture Clad ®. We can offer a larger choice of finishes; please get in touch with us if you would like to enquire about a finish that we have not mentioned.


• Valve and Flange Jacketing
  Valve & Flange Jackets are removable jackets that can be placed around valves and flanges. The jackets are very strong and durable, yet easily maintainable due to the ease of removing the jacket when required. The jackets act as a form of insulation as well as a vapour barrier to the valve or flange. These jackets can be insulated with different forms of insulation, depending on what type is most suitable for your purpose. Therefore, we will always advise you on the most suitable method of insulation before manufacturing takes place.


• Pre-Insulated Pipe
  Our pre-insulated pipe can be used for hot and cold purposes. Ideal for use on industrial and commercial premises for internal or external use. Pre-manufactured at both of our UK and Ireland workshops, pre-insulated pipes are filled with our polyurethane injection system and finished with an outer casing of HDPE. Other finishes are available on request.
  Pre-insulated pipes are a quick and convenient method of insulation due to the ease of installation. They are quick to install, therefore resulting in less disruption to your business.


• Laser Cutting
  Using our Mazak® 1Kw Laser Profiler, we can cut a variety of flat-sheet materials including Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Ally-Zinc (Zintec) up to a thickness of 6 mm. Laser Cutting allows for a precise, detailed and high quality surface finish to any suitable material. If you would like a quote for a laser cutting service, please send us a drawing which we can then quote on and get back to you. The drawing can be be sent to enquiries@tpminsulation.com. A DXF drawing is preferable; however, we will assess any drawing and see how we can help.


• Sheet Metal Fabrication
  Our team is able to manufacture a wide range of sheet metal casing to customers requirements for insulation or HVAC purposes. We can also fabricate according to our customers specific standards, sizes and designs. Drawings in DXF format are desireable; however, we are able to accept most formats. Popular materials are Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Stucco. If you are interested in a material that has not been listed, please do get in touch with your requests, and we can then assess your requirements.


• High Density Pipe Supports
  HD Pipe Supports with metal saddles are made to order, manufactured in-house using high density foam board. These act as a great support to pipes prior to insulation taking pace.
