Our Products
Here at CDS Bearings & Seals, our raison d'être is stocking and supplying wear rings, bearing strip and similar products to customers around the world. We stock an extensive range of sizes in a variety of materials.

• Rings - Our wear rings are available in Cotton Phenolic and Polyester composite grades with a variety of low friction additives to improve the material performance.


• Strip - Our fully chamfered bearing strip is available in 5m and 10m rolls in polyester PTFE and Polyester Graphite grades. We can supply standard and non-standard sizes, usually from stock, and different colours to suit your corporate identity. Strip is available in both spooled and preformed spiral forms. Bronze- and Carbon-filled PTFE strip is also available with standard sizes in stock.


• Spherical Rod-Eye Bearings - The latest addition to our product range, our spherical rod-eye bearings are manufactured in high grade polyester Graphite material in both standard and non-standard sizes.


• Tubes & Sheets - CDS Bearings & Seals can supply tubes and sheets of raw composite material for customers to machine themselves or alternatively we can supply finished machined parts to customer’s drawings.


• Seal Kits - Standard Hydraulic Cylinder repair kits are available.

We Stock - Under an optional Stock Agreement, you can purchase a larger volume of items and we'll hold them in store for you enabling you to call off parts as and when you need them. When you place an order for those parts you will already have paid for them (shipment costs notwithstanding) and you'll receive them promptly without the risk of extended lead times. Your parts will not be held in general stock so you'll know exactly how many of your parts we hold at all times.

• P20 - Synthetic fibre/polyester resin composite with added graphite - Grey
• P40 - Synthetic fibre/polyester resin composite with added PTFE - Turquoise
• P50 - Synthetic fibre/polyester resin composite with added PTFE - Orange

Other grades available on request.

Sheet
Materials can be supplied as raw material in sheet form for machining by the end user.

Available materials:

• P20 - Synthetic fibre/polyester resin composite with added graphite - Grey
• P40 - Synthetic fibre/polyester resin composite with added PTFE - Turquoise
• P50 - Synthetic fibre/polyester resin composite with added PTFE - Orange
