We had a very bad experience with Claudio Novello. Although superficially he appears charming, pleasant and experienced, we have been left very badly let down just about two months before the start of preparations for a loft conversion and other refurbishment works on our house. He did not reply to emails, strung us along, extracted money and then did not do what he was paid to do. We are still waiting for our money to be returned. We have huge inconvenience of finding a new architect at very last moment, having to pay the additional costs of dealing with the unexpected delays to the building works. In short although convincing he is unreliable and untrustworthy. He fails to do what he says he will and does not reply to correspondence promptly or at all . We would suggest that you avoid this architect at all costs.
