Stay away!! Rude and condescending. They think theyre the only ones around who can do the work. When we tried to get a date for starting the works (after they did not turn up for 2 weeks) Mark became hostile and rude. "If youre trying to pin me down to a date, off you go!" And put the phone down. Definitely steer clear if you dont want a mouth full! Know nothing about talking to customers. Very surprised theyre still in business!
