For Dwellings: SAP Assessments, Plan Rating Service & Part L Compliance Reports
We'll provide you with SAP calculations and Part L compliance advice based on the Design Specification & Drawings. We can then produce an EPC on completion to the As-Built specification for sign-off by Building Control.
A SAP assessment may also be required by your installer if you are considering a Ground Source Heat Pump (or Air Source) in order to accurately calculate the heat losses of your property.
For Commercial buildings: SBEM calculations & Part L2 Compliance Documents (BRUKL & EPC)
We'll provide you with SBEM calculations & BRUKL reports and Part L compliance advice based on the Design Specification & Drawings. We will produce an EPC on completion to the As-Built specification for sign-off by Building Control.
Air Pressure Tests (Air Permeability Test/ Air Tightness Testing)
Call for pricing at very competitive rates. Most new dwellings will require an Air Test to satisfy Building Control before sign-off. Our technicians will visit your site to assess your requirements and will ensure your project passes. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service - PLUS, we offer free retests if carried out on the same day (many other firms charge extra).
SAP & SBEM
SAP & SBEM Calculations are a mandatory requirement for any new building. SAP is used for dwellings to show compliance with Part L1 of the Building Regulations (L1A for new builds, L1B for conversions) and is required at the design stage of the build process.
SBEM is used for non-dwellings to show compliance with Part L2 of the Building Regulations (L2A for new builds, L2B for conversions) and, like SAP, is required at the design stage of the build process.
SAP & SBEM software models a building to calculate the energy cost and carbon emissions generated to heat, light, ventilate and provide hot water to a building.

Energy Performance Certificates -
