I have eleven properties that required extensive cleaning before reletting, excel did the lot and at a cost that made me smile.
They even refitted a bathroom suite for me.
Turns out they do everything to do with property repairs, they were recommended by Reeds Rains as a company that covers the lot, I guess that's why they use them...Well recommended and have used them many times since.
