Filtertech are dedicated to meeting the individual needs of each customer, our on-site services include the design, sales, installation and customised maintenance packages (see below), to ensure ideal working conditions for your company.


The Filtertech Maintenance Package covers all makes and types of Filtration Units, Oil, Dust, Fume etc. Regular servicing and replacement of specialist consumables is provided by Filtertech to assure that Product Performance is maintained at all levels. When you call Filtertech to service your filtration systems, we can offer you a turnkey package to include:

• Full Design - Unbiased solutions with custom design.
• Known Costs - Pre-inspection and discussions over costings and options.
• Solutions - Extensive range of new/used extraction products.
• Programmed System - We arrange a scheduled maintenance programme on a calendar basis.
• Personalised Arrangements - Servicing carried out to maximise use of off peak hours and reduce downtime and lost productivity.
• Emergency Service - In the event of a breakdown or where unscheduled repair is necessary we will endeavour to offer you 24 hour call out service.
• After Sales Service - All work carried out from our mobile workshop, on site at your premises. Drum rebalancing own generated power supply. No contamination on your premises.

Air Analysis
Many companies do not realise they are emitting too much oil mist from their machines.

We use approved air analysers to measure the emissions from your machine tools. The air monitoring can be done as an annual test visit, or if you require a service contract, it would be free of charge as part of your package.

We also have an onsite cleaning facility available within our mobile workshops.
