Advised tap not repairable. Agreed to supply and fit new tap and £230 paid on the day. Recalled plumber (who couldnt remember me from 2 days before) to fix leak resulting from his work. Turned up, tightened connection and pronounced himself satisfied. Next evening the leak was back, flooding the sink unit. I texted plumber, after no response I left a voicemail, after still no response I tried his phone again and his colleague answered. Said Wayne was busy but he would liaise later. Waited 4 hours until 7pm when I had to admit he wasnt coming. It is now evening the day after and I have heard nothing, not even an apology. These people have no idea how to act with consideration towards their customers. I am about to speak to my bank who have successfully reclaimed payments on my behalf before in respect of shoddy goods and services. Hope I dont need to add - dont touch this company with a 10 foot pole.

The company charged me £102.00 for half an hour call out fee but then instead of sending a carpenter to install new bath panels he sent plumber who said that he cannot do this job but demanded to be paid £85 for just 5 mins doing nothing. I paid him as he looked miserable and like he really need the money. Please avoid at all cost.

Do not use this company. They are appalling. Unfortunately this is not only to their own customers but also to the tradesmen they deal with. An absolute disgrace.

Never used an emergency plumber before. Kitchen mixer taps started leaking at 1200 hours called this company and by 2pm engineer attended. Then attended local plumbers supplies to purchase mixer taps. On return he stripped out the cabinet replaced the taps and pipes. Great job, reasonable price, very pleased.

Called to fix problem with Valiant boiler after a power cut. No hot water. Said an engineer would be with us late afternoon. No call out fee but they charge £82 + vat for booking engineer. They asked for our card details and we had to pay this amount up front Within 2 hrs we, the householder, had fixed the problem and rang company to cancel plumber and asked for a refund. Was told this was not possible as an engineer had been booked. Late afternoon a plumber arrived at our property and we told him we rang to cancel. He said he had only just been notified of the job. Rang company again to say plumber has just turned up after us cancelling and again asked for a refund. This was refused and he couldn’t explain why and gave us an email address with which to make our complaint. I would advise you not to deal with this company.

the company guarantees same day call out and a non refundable deposit so i run a meat business and was guaranteed call out same day ... 5 hours later and talking to an ignorant rude man i had to throw away the entire contents of my restaurant! they are so bad that the bank said they have heard of them and gave me a contact at trading standards ... probably the most unprofessional company i have dealt with in 45 years on the planet

Lacks complete integrity. Avoid, Avoid Avoid. They dont come to your house with any skilled person with the intention of doing any work but to give reasons for ten minutes and ask you to pay for a minimum of 1 hour £150 but clearly on the paper they show to you emphasis is on £62.50 plus VAT for half an hour. That is a trick. Their intention is to fluff and collect £150 for an hour. I handed £150 to the chap that came to my place as he seem to really need it as against doing any job for the 10 minutes we interacted.

Appalling company. Visited to unblock a toilet. Visited twice could not do the job charged £243.00. Left the property with excrement and urine all over the bathroom floor. Would not refund or clear up. Trading standards and checkatrade notified. Small claims enroute. AVOID.

Absolutely shocking. Turned up for 5 mins and told me nothing was wrong with the cistern and charged £150. I called them and explained taking an hour to fill is not right, they would come out again but charge me again. I asked for a refund which they refused saying I had to let them put it right, which would still cost me the £150 extra fee. Got another plumber who changed a part and fixed it for £80. Emails are responded to by Katie, who is rude. Was told I needed to provide a receipt of the other plumber, did that. Now hitting the small claims court with them and reported to trading standards.

Twice the going rate for a plumber in our area. Arrived, only to tell us that he couldnt fix the problem, despite me giving him all the details via phone the day previous, given this information, he could have just said no on the phone, but wanted to charge £140 for the 20 minutes that he was there. Do not use this plumber.

Overpriced and pointless

Sadly, despite giving this company the opportunity to make things right we have to recommend

1) record any conversations with their plumbers

2) Get information in writing regarding costs

We have been charged an extra hours work for what was the plumbers error!! We asked for pipes to be laid under floor boards and they were laid above. He then corrected his error and charged us an extra hour for the privilege.

Such a shame as his work was very good when done correctly

Shocking what they charge. They took £150 to say to change tap. So annoyed would not even reduce the price. Strongly advice not to use.

AVOID AT ALL COST, Plumber turned up 7 hours late!! No face mask no tool box, No apologies nothing ,he did not fix the problem that I had and a bill of £140. Would never use again!!

The engineer sent out was not knowledgeable for the area that was required (drainage). I was charged £350 for 2.5hrs of work that the engineer couldnt fix. The next day I got someone else from a different firm and the knowledge and service couldnt have been more different. They fixed the issue in 25 minutes. I would avoid this company as they are unable to verify their engineers or guarantee their skills.
