Michael McCaughey, since qualifying as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1983, has worked in quantity surveying, employed in Belfast and Dublin before setting up offices at his home.

In 2000 Michael moved his business to offices at 15 Sloan Street Dungannon and in 2007 converted the business to a limited company, MJ McCaughey Ltd.

During these years Michael has provided various quantity surveying services cost advice for private clients, full Q.S. roles for various clients, estimating services for contractors, project management, insurance claims, valuation, health and safety advice and CDM Services.

Michael and his staff have a good wealth of experience to provide what is required of a present day quantity surveying practice, providing a good range of services to a wide range of clients and various types of projects, domestic, industrial, commercial, sports, religious and educational.
