Good build, but took 6 months instead of 3. Then disaster struck and there was a leak from next to the new bathroom toilet which they had fitted. This soaked the laminate in the adjoining room and started to soak the walls. I was lucky in that my decorator spotted it before it went too far. Plusspace repaired the leak but all the laminate had to be removed and thrown away. I wanted them to put thicker laminate in its place (12 mm instaed of 8) so that if there was another leak it would not be ruined, but they refused as it would have involved taking off the skirting which they could not be bothered to do. They wanted to put more thin laminate on, the easy option, but it would have changed - and spoiled - the look as it would have needed siliconing around the edges (so one of their workers told me). I refused and said they should have advised me to get thick laminate in the first place instead of just telling me "to order the laminate". I owed them about £850 which they let me keep by way of "compensation" but it will not cover the cost of removing (or if necessary replacing) the skirting nor the cost of new laminate so I will be out of pocket. So it is no compensation at all! Other things that bugged me were that I was never shown receipts unless I really insisted on seeing them before paying. For items that I paid cash for without VAT I was told "there is no receipt". So I never really knew if I was being overcharged. There was also one item - boarding - which I believe I had already paid for since the boss wrote "paid" next to it, but I was told in very insistent almost bullying terms that I had not and I had to pay it again. When I challenged this and told him "paid" was in his handwriting (having compared it with other "paid"s he had written on other documents), he said no it was my writing. All in all a very stressful experience which I will never repeat. I do not recommend this firm.
