We are an established building company specialising in high quality construction in north, east and west London together with the Home Counties.
Built to meet the specific needs of each Client, our building work is undertaken only by skilled tradesmen to the exacting standards we insist on.

SH Build Company Ltd is a Hertfordshire based company specialising in new builds, extensions, basement formations, refurbishments and ground works.
From our base we are ideally situated to carry out residential building work throughout these London areas and surrounding counties.
The high quality results that we produce come as a direct result of our extensive experience in the building industry which expands over 30 years.
Our skilled tradesmen including bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers and decorators are highly skilled tradesmen.
It is our practice to follow exact guidelines in construction – therefore we never cut corners.

Some of the services that we provide are:-
New Build
We have built a considerable amount of new build residential houses over the past few years - these include traditional detached homes. We have also built smaller developments ranging from 8 - 17 homes on individual sites and we are as a company are proud that our building team have been awarded the N.H.B.C. Top 100 Award for a development in Hampstead, London.
Refurbishments & Extensions
We as a company also carry out refurbishments of houses and apartments which are mainly in the London area where there are restrictions on altering the external appearance of the property - these mainly being in conservation areas or where properties are listed and the refurbishment programme involves the internal, structural and non-structural alteration of the property to maximise the existing footprint of the property to achieve the full potential of the area.
