Studio Rinaldi is a thriving architecture and interior design firm based in London. We are dedicated to bringing every project to its highest level of design, expressing the distinct nature of each space through form and material.

We work extremely closely with our clients in order to understand their expectations fully and establish a shared vision. Following our projects all the way from the initial concept to the construction to the final interior details, we strive to fulfil each client’s wishes. We’re passionate about researching new and innovative materials and technologies, and we embrace revolutionary advances in the arena of green architecture. Where it’s appropriate and desired, we aim to incorporate environmentally friendly concepts that complement and enhance the overall design.

• Landscape/Garden
  The space surrounding a building is intrinsic to the overall design and impact of an architectural project. We aim to create usable outdoor areas that complement a structure, provide pleasing views from all aspects and enhance the quality of life for those within. Both large and small gardens contribute to the character of a property and add an element of surprise and delight.
  
  We prefer simplicity in garden planning, creating tranquil areas in which one can relax and reflect. We are also mindful in our choice of materials, favouring concepts that require minimal maintenance. In designing public spaces, we carefully consider who will frequent the area and how they will use it.


• Materials
  Material and finish selection is a fundamental fact of the design process. Consistency and character of materials are integral to the design. Intelligent and creative use of materials can achieve a coherence of spaces throughout a project and can enhance the surrounding space by transmitting personality.
  
  We continually study the properties and performance of unusual and innovative materials such as silicon, honeycomb panels and polycarbonate, and we design with a handicraft palette of wood, concrete, terrazzo, lacquer, glass and aluminium. The beauty of materials is manifest in good design.


• Renderings
  Studio Rinaldi uses a range of visualisation methods to develop and provide ideas for clients, including 3D computer renderings, scaled models and hand sketches. These graphic representations help clients visualise form and potential design concepts during the design phase of a project. Creating enthusiasm enhances communication and fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation of each project and its unique qualities.


• Details
  Our projects often require significant built-in elements, which we develop as an integral part of the larger design and with a keen eye for detail. We believe that carefully considered details create a smooth transition between materials and ensure a harmonious relationship between function and aesthetic.

  Our approach to design is holistic: we recognise that furniture, fabrics and finishes are all integral components of a successful architectural space, We like to be thoroughly involved in all aspects of interior design to ensure that the quality and feel of each client vision understood.
  
  Every element contributes to the overall design and visual impact of space, so we consider furniture at the beginning of the design process, rather than at the end. We work with both new and existing pieces, usually favouring modern styles.
