Synergy Heatsource has a great deal of experience with the following 4 main types of building services:

Plumbing
Our plumbing installations are either specified by a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer consultancy, and we carry out the installation to their exact specification, or we have our own in house design team who are capable of designing bespoke plumbing systems to give the end user optimum hot and cold water flow rates and volumes designed to suit large or small properties. Most of our installations are in properties ranging from 3000 square feet to 18000 square feet.

Heating
Synergy Heatsource carries out the installation of standard radiant type heating systems as well as the evermore popular underfloor heating type systems. Much like the plumbing section we carry out all aspects of heating installations.

These are either, specified by a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer consultancy, and we carry out the installation to their exact specification, or we have our own in house design team who-are capable of designing bespoke systems to give the end user an optimum heating experience. This includes full WIFI networking control of their heating system which can also be designed to suit large or small properties. These controls can be integrated into Lutron or Control 4.

Mechanical
Synergy carries out various mechanical installations from large plant rooms with covalent heating systems, where heat pumps and boilers are combined and controlled by a building management system, as well as simple domestic boiler installations. We specialise in designing the correct system for the properties requirements with energy efficiency at the forefront of the system design. We have also been involved in replacing old ground source heat pumps and upgrading heating systems to get the optimum operational efficiency for the property.

The mechanical installations we have vast experience in design and installation are:

• Ground source heat pumps (Renewable, RHI compatible)
• Air source heat pumps (Renewable, RHI compatible)
• Solar Thermal panels (Renewable, RHI compatible)
• Domestic boilers ranging in output from 12w-110kw in a cascade
• Un-vented hot water cylinders, thermal stores, slave tanks and buffer vessels ranging from 150L-1500 litres (Renewable, RHI compatible)
• Domestic water booster pump sets from 0.8 litres per second to 2,4 litres per second single to quadruple pump sets

Electrical
The electrical installation work and knowledge Synergy gets involved with is solely based around plumbing and central heating systems. From 20 years experience in the trade we have a vast knowledge of general central heating wiring and Building Management systems which are capable of integrating several types of heat sources to operate in harmony to create a very energy efficient heating system. We have been involved in fault finding on domestic heating systems for many years which has enabled us to get hands on experience with all types of wiring diagrams and complex circuitry.
