This flat roofed studio style of building is quickly becoming a modern classic. With a maximum height of 2.5m at no extra cost, as well having a contemporary or traditional appearance depending on which options are chosen, confirms the Lytham as unique in the garden rooms market.

The Sunningdale Range of Garden Rooms
Our original building, this design classic has and will continue to stand the test of time. Denoted by its four sided, fully vaulted hipped roof, these elegant garden rooms make for the most tranquil of retreats. The myriad of options available makes it a garden room for all seasons.

Bespoke Garden Rooms
Many of our customers have had very clear ideas of the garden rooms they want. Working closely together, we have been able to design and build unique buildings that exactly suit their needs and visions. This has now developed into garden rooms attached to their houses or other structures, thus creating an extension, conservatory, sun room or whatever you want it to be.

Educational buildings
We have been commissioned by a number of schools to provide: classrooms, music rooms, tutorial rooms, libraries, computer suites, common rooms, admin blocks, head teacher’s offices and PPA rooms. The buildings can come fully equipped with the latest educational technologies such as interactive whiteboards. In all instances, this is work that has been carried out during holidays to fit in with the needs of the schools. These additional spaces represent an attractive alternative to the standard portable cabin structures which often blight many playgrounds.
