Reaction Group

Our Electrical support company hired Reaction Group to carry out PAT testing for us, they did not take any care over the job, the engineer just wanted to get the job done as fast as possible, he puller the power lead on one of our desktop pcs when it was mid update while shutting down, this resulted in the whole pc being replaced as it fried the main board, they accepted no responsibility, the PC was only 3 yrs old and was in good condition. they offered a token reduction in price but no acceptance of guilt, it was clearly caused by them. this resulted in a bill for an ew PC and downtime costs for the operator using it while we hooked up a spare.
we will not allow them on the premises again due to this.
