In 2020 I had sunny days fit a new roof to my house, sadly In oct 2022 I found I had water ingress in to the front bedroom, after looking in the loft I could see the water was finding a way in to the house via a wooden roof support. I called sunny day as they had given me a 25year warranty, after several call a roofer did visit, however it wasn’t till the 3 roofer had visited weeks later they decided it wasn’t there problem. I have had to wait until Jan 2023 for the report telling me what they believe is cause of the leek. They have said the ridge line has failed and they didn’t work on that, however in fitting the new roof they had to cut the old fibreglass ridge line off to fit the new tiles, this makes me think they did work on it, upon inspection I can see they have even fitted new fibreglass to the ridge line, as this is the part that is letting the water in i believe it is there issue. The after service is terrible, after having 2nd and 3rd options i believe they are responsible, I don’t recommend this company at all, stay away, their warranty’s on roofs are only valid on sunny days!

Sunny Days Roofing and Building Services removed my old felt roof on my garage and replaced it with a fiberglass flat-roofing system. The roof refurbishment was professionally and efficiently carried out. I can recommend this company.

Used to mend leaking roof. Issues to be resolved clearly pointed out and explained and a reasonable price agreed. Although extra scaffolding needed price remained as agreed. Despite very strong winds and heavy rain at the end of 2019 the repair proved sound with not the slightest leakage.

I would really like to thank Sunny Days for the brilliant job they did. I am thrilled with our new kitchen extension and patio. This is the third time I have used their services and have been very happy on each occasion. The workmanship and organisation is always first class and it is always so much better dealing with a family business!

Recently had a new UPVC door erected to side entry of house. The workman was efficient and completed the work within a short period of time and left the area clear.Would have no hesitation in recommending the company - in actual fact we have already had the rear door of our garage measured for a similar replacement.
