Be careful if you order parts! I was sent a bag of parts that had been stapled closed and placed inside another sealed bag. I opened the sealed bag and found that a part was missing. I was asked by Richard to send photos of the bag and contents. I emptied the contents without opening the bag or disturbing the staples. I took photos of all the packaging and the contents of the bag neatly laid out on a towel. Despite not opening the bag, I was told by Richard that I had opened it and could therefore not claim a refund. The implication was that I had taken the part out myself and was being duplicitous in trying to claim a refund. There was no reasoning with him. I was offered a 20% discount to be supplied with another kit, but found the same kit cheaper elsewhere. Poor behaviour!

Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. Will try anything possible to avoid giving refunds.

I recommend using any company apart from this one.
