The T&T Group are a multi disciplined Construction and demolition company established in 2014.


T&T Group believes in undertaking all of its works in-house so we can keep costs competitive. We have a range of trained operatives that enable us to complete our works quicker, safer and to a higher quality than others who are at the mercy of sub-contractors poor performance. We have our own waste vehicle fleet, abrasive blasting equipment, airless spraying equipment, demolition equipment, compressors and echo noise canceling barriers.

  At T&T Group we understand the needs of commercial strip-out clients. Speed, quality, safety and cost efficiency are what T&T prides itself on. Our professional team can fulfill all your requirements.

Much the same as our commercial division, T&T Group can take care of all your needs when it comes to strip-out or demolition of your residential property.

We understand that not everyone is a construction expert, and are happy to guide you through the processes involved to complete your project.

As residential clients now fall under the CDM Regulations 2015 it is important you fufil what is required of you. In short this means you employ competent Construction Professionals. The T&T Group will ensure as a client you are protected and we remove the burden from yourselves.

All your abrasive blasting requirements can be undertaken by Junk Busters. With fully trained staff and latest equipment we are able to offer an efficient service at very competitive rates. Our fully trained, professional staff can clean all types of surfaces with various types of blast media. Enabling Works
We can get your fit out works off to a flying start by taking care of all your enabling works. The importance of efficient enabling works cannot be overstated but is commonly underestimated. T&T Group can cover all of the below plus more:

Lead Paint Abatement Specialist
The T&T Group can safely remove your Lead Paint. We work closely with LiPSA (Lead in Paint Safety Association), Lead Survey and Heritage Testing to ensure your project is completed to the highest standard.

A Lead Survey should be carried out before any works start on site. It should also be carried out before any Asbestos R&D survey to prevent any Lead exposure risks to these surveyors.
