Use these at your peril! My utility extn was built then Conwy Building Regs saying its unsafe and so badly built, made him pull it all down and dig it all up and start again, 3 months nightmare, every step very poorly built, many visits later we have a very badly finished build, plumbing so badly done the water was draining into the wall cavity, luckily found quickly, poor carpentry, high charges for extras ie. a door on the toilet! £18 door, fitted , charged £90! So badly cut and fitted daylight can be seen. Plastic door and window has had to be removed and refitted, gas pipe work now has to be rerouted, floor channel dug, due to him enclosing the pipes in cavity, and plastering up to the edge of the boiler, which needs rectifying, I cant list everythng, all so poorly done, eventually firing him, Im in a long line....... Conwy council Trading Standards now investigating? PLEASE BE WARNED! Contact Conwy Council if unsure.
