Water Leak Detection Systems

Oil Leak Detection Alarm Panels
Protect oil storage facilities, fuel and heating oil tanks from large escapes of hydrocarbon oils. The LeakHunter oil leak detection system uses clever sensor technology that detects the presence of oil as soon as contact is made.

The LeakHunter oil leak detection systems have been developed to go in oil and fuel storage facilities, adjacent to fuel tanks for standby generators. in lift pits where hydraulic oil is used and in waste oil and solvent collection centres.

Gas Leak Detection Alarm Panels
The Gas-Hunter multizone alarm panels have the capability to detect the Gashunter 4 gas leak detection alarm panelspresence of refrigerant gas and help meet the requirements of BREEAM POL01 for reducing the impact of greenhouse gas emissions resulting from leaks. Ideal for installing on external condensers, AHUs condensing units, compressor housings and chillers.

Packaged Pump Station Equipment
Envirotech Alarms have systems that work with Package Pump Stations to monitor fluid levels and control the pumps. There is a dual pump control panel that can switch the pumps on and off as required as fluid levels rise and fall. Our range of high level alarms can be used to offer an early alert to a problem such as a pump fail or a blockage.

We also provide SMS diallers that send out text messages when a problem occurs in the pumping station. This is especially useful when the property in question isn’t occupied all of the time.

Over Temperature Monitoring
The HeatHunter is available in single over or multi zone versions and are capable of measuring temperatures up to 30ºC.

The HeatHunter is constantly monitoring the temperature and as soon as it reaches a maximum set point an alarm is triggered. As soon as this happens the panel will start to sound and a light flash. At the same time a series of relays will switch, these can be connected to external devices such as a BMS, a sounder/beacon, an echo repeater panel located in a reception or security office and an SMS text dialler that will send a message to a number of mobile telephones.
