Many thanks for sorting my granddads alarm I wasnt able to make the appointment so worry about him being alone when people are coming round, however, he said the engineers where very helpful and friendly, he was very impressed. His alarm is now up and running which we are both very happy about. Thank yuo.

Only had an alarm fitted last week by another company and already had a problem with it. I called and called the company who fitted it and could not get through for someone to come and fix it (even though its under warranty!!!!!!!) after hours of trying and stressing I gave CTB alarms a call and they couldnt have been more helpful. They got an engineer out to me quickly and they sorted the fault. Very pleased with their services. Thank you.

I had a fault with my old alarm and needed it to be sorted ASAP. After looking online at other companies I decided to call CTB alarms and Im very glad I did! An engineer came out to me within the hour, no messing around explained what needed to be done without trying to sell me extras and at a fair price. The workers were tidy, informative and really friendly guys. Impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.
