Drive Revival

Since installation, my imprinted concrete driveway has been power washed and sealed every 3/4 years, and on one of those occasions, colour was added because of some fading. All was well until Drive Revival carried out the job, changing the original buff colour to dark brown. Not only was an area missed completely, but the brown stain was spattered on my garage door and house wall (both white!) and could not be removed. Then in less than a year, patches of the original buff started to show through the brown, becoming larger and spreading throughout. The whole drive is a complete eyesore and a huge embarrassment to me. Then to add insult to Injury, a few months ago, I found out that Mr Burns had photos of my drive and house on his website for advertising purposes, yet there is no opportunity for customers to give THEIR opinions and feedback. Up till then, I was unaware of those photos, which had been posted without my permission. In September and again in October, Mr Burns was asked to remove the photos, but both requests were ignored and he didn’t even have the common courtesy to respond. If it were possible to give ZERO STARS, then I would, but reluctantly I need to give one star. If I could post my own photos, Indy would show the reality of my nightmare drive.
