We can now offer:
- Qualified surveyors, fully equipped to survey any property before building work commences
- Working with architects, builders and local authority
- Full comprehensive easy to read report with sample analysis if asbestos is found
- Use of an ATCT approved laboratory
- Flat fee of £450 for standard 3 bed property which includes 8 samples plus report
- £15 for any extra samples required
