As a landlord who lives a distance from my properties, it’s not always easy to know who the best and most reliable tradesmen are so I was lucky to find Rikki. He does exactly what he says he will, when he will and never overcharges.
He was continually given the runaround by a rogue tenant which caused him several visits in an attempt to gain access, but I wasn’t charged extra.
He’s polite and efficient too

Has proved unreliable , despite promising to carry out gas cert work failed to contact my tenant or myself . He did do the work last year but having now had another company out .the boiler gas to be capped off as installation was unsafe due to flue position which has not altered since last year it makes me question why mr slater never picked the fault up previously . I would not recommend him .
