Attended my property for a snagging issue - new build. Called half an hour before appointment to question why I wasn’t there although he was early. Explained that I was on my way and would be there soon. He called 10mins later and advised he had carried out the job externally. He had not asked my permission to do this (went onto my private terrace) and had not completed the job as had been agreed. He did remain at the development until I arrived (which was still early for the appointment) and completed the job as originally agreed. He was very hostile and rude and couldn’t understand why I was upset.
